What
This site is intended to help teachers find pieces of classical or medieval Latin that illustrate particular grammatical constructions. Texts are drawn from objects (e.g. coins, inscriptions), as well as literary sources.
How
Please use the Categories and Tags to help find relevant texts.
- Categories and sub-categories refer to grammar (morphology and syntax).
- Tags to other organizational principles, such as textbook chapter, cultural theme, or medium.
The list of results presents an excerpt from each entry; click the entry title to read it in full.
